Refund Policy

1. Medical or Emergency Reasons

Must be reported immediately via the participants’ group chat.

a) Pet/Owner Illness
b) Pet is not cleared by the vet
c) Family emergencies

100% refund if reported before the date of the event or before 12 noon (cut-off time) on the date of the event.
50% refund if reported after 12 noon (cut-off time) on the date of the event.
Medical certificate or other relevant proof must be provided.

2. Other Reasons

Includes but is not limited to:

a) Candidate escaped or goes missing
b) Change of mind
c) Unforeseen scheduling conflicts

*Fees not refunded will go to supporting the Cats & Dogs Matter rescued animals.
