100% Refund
– Medical certificate or other relevant proof must be provided.

Other Reasons:

1. Change of mind
2. Unforeseen scheduling conflicts
3. Any other reason besides those mentioned above

Cancellations before the event date – 50% refund*

Cancellations on/after the event date – No refund*

*Fees not refunded will go to supporting Cats & Dogs rescue animals.

Processing

• All refund requests will be processed at least 7 days after the event date.
