Why should I subscribe for one of your packages instead of hiring my own developer?
Hiring a private developer usually costs $5,000 or more just to get started. Once the site is finished, they often leave you to figure out the technical stuff on your own. With us, you skip the huge bill. We build your site and stay by your side every month to make sure it keeps running perfectly.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our standard plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! As your business grows, your website can grow with it. Just send us a message through the Support page and we will handle the switch for you.
What happens if I stop paying the subscription?
Your monthly fee is what keeps your website "turned on". If a payment is missed, the site will go offline. We will save your site for 30 days so it can be recovered after settling your balance. After 30 days of non-payment, the site is permanently deleted from our systems.
Are there any hidden costs (domain, SSL, etc.)?
No. Most companies charge extra for "SSL certificates" (the security lock icon) and "Hosting" (the space your site lives on). We include all of that for free. Your monthly price is all-inclusive hosting and website management.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the work and the time allocated to your build, we do not offer refunds once a sprint has begun.
Website Content & Updates
Do I need to provide the text and photos?
While your own assets are best for authenticity, we can use AI-optimized copywriting and source premium, licensed imagery to get you live faster.
What if I want to change a photo or some text later?
Just send us an email or use our Support page. Our plans have free allocated minutes for minor updates such as text changes or image swaps. Major updates may be made for a fixed rate of $100 per hour.
What counts as a "Minor Edit"?
Changing a price, updating an address, swapping a team photo, or adjusting a paragraph of text.
What counts as a "Major Revision"?
Redesigning an entire page, building a new custom tool, or changing your entire brand color palette after launch.
Can I add new pages to my site after it's launched?
No problem! You can easily add more pages to your site for an extra $75 per page, which will be added to your monthly bill. You can also jump to a higher plan that includes more pages for a better overall value.
Can I blog on my own?
Absolutely. We provide you with a simplified "Editor" login so you can post news, articles, or portfolio updates whenever you like.
What if I don't have a logo yet?
No problem. We provide 3 AI-assisted design options (no revisions) included in your subscription to get you launched quickly. If you need something completely unique or complex, you can hire us for a full design service.
Ownership & Portability
Who owns the website design?
The website and all assets except those provided by you are owned by Coverrr.
If I provide the photos, do I still own them?
Yes. Any content you provide remains 100% your intellectual property.
What software is the site built on?
We use a highly optimized WordPress stack. This is the industry standard, meaning you’ll never be "locked in" to a proprietary, obscure system.
If I write my own content, do I still own them?
You retain full ownership of all content you create.
