1. Subscription & Payments

• Service Model: This is a recurring monthly subscription for a managed web presence.
• Payment Method: Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal.
• No Refunds: All payments are final as they cover labor and resource allocation.
• Failed Payments: Services will be suspended if a payment is 7 days overdue.

2. The Build & Launch Process

We strive for a 30-day turnaround, but your launch date depends on your communication. Delays in providing content or feedback will result in a later launch.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Design & Technology: Designs and technical setups are the property of Coverrr.
• Domains: Domains purchased or managed by us remain the property of Coverrr.
• Client Content: You retain ownership of your original logos and text.

4. Cancellation & Deletion

Immediate Suspension: Upon cancellation, your website and professional email will be taken offline at the end of your paid period.

30-Day Grace Period: Files are stored for 30 days post-cancellation. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

5. SEO & Search Rankings

We submit your site to Google and Bing; however, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic volumes. Algorithms are managed by third parties.

6. Additional Pages & Monthly Add-ons

New pages increase your monthly subscription by $75 per page. Initial setup for these pages is free if they remain part of your ongoing subscription.

7. Support & "Quick Fixes"

Updates taking under 20 minutes are included. Complex requests or structural changes outside of this scope are billed at $100/hour.
