We'll keep working until you are happy with your website's design. Before launch, your plan includes unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
How fast will my website be live?
Your website can go live within 14 business days. However, the exact timeline depends on your project requirements and how quickly you respond to our feedback and content requests. The faster we collaborate, the sooner your site goes live!
Do I have to provide the photos and text for the website?
While providing your own assets is ideal for brand authenticity, it is not required. We can launch your site using AI-optimized copywriting and premium stock photography to match your brand.
Can I request changes after the launch?
Absolutely! Quick fixes after launch such as simple text or image updates are included in your plan. Larger structural changes after launch are billed at a flat rate of $100 per hour.
What's the main way we'll communicate?
We keep communication simple and stress-free. Requests are handled by email, making everything clear, trackable, and it doesn't interrupt your day. We don't require constant back and forth nor bombard you with calls. For urgent matters, you can always call us directly.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes! While our base plans are designed for efficiency, you can add extra pages for a flat $75/page increase to your monthly subscription.
Do I need to monitor my website after launch?
No. We'll do all the monitoring, keeping your website up-to-date, and error-free!
Will my website work on mobile phones?
100%. Every site we build is mobile-responsive, meaning it will look and function perfectly on iPhones, Androids, and tablets.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your site will stay live until the end of your billing period. After 30 days, we permanently delete the files to protect your privacy.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can process your cancellation here and it will be processed within 24 hours. Your subscription will remain active and your website will stay live until the end of your billing period.
